In 2009, PGO Pellet Grill Outlet was the number one Traeger Grill dealer in the nation. But instead of giving PGO an award, Traeger made rules to make it more difficult for PGO to sell on the internet. The other dealers thought that PGO was cannibalizing their markets. What these dealers did not realize is that Richard W. Lightowler, the indestructible warrior, had just move to town.
